Arrest Warrants

CAUTION: Misuse of warrant information may subject you to Civil or criminal liability. Most Warrants issued by the Santa Cruz County Superior Court are available here online. This online database is updated continuously; however, recent changes in the status of the warrants may not be reflected in this online database. Do not attempt to make an arrest based on this warrant information. Only peace officers can arrest a person for an outstanding warrant of arrest.

ABOUT CHARGES: The warrant database does not store the charge information in plain English. If you want to know what the charge means, and the charge code is not hot-linked for easy look-up, use the Calif Laws link at bottom of this series of pages. Search using the numbers only in the "primary charges" and check off which set of codes to search on using the first 2 letters in the primary charge or simply select "All".
