AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SANTA CRUZ COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, approve Project Sponsor Agreement with the Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency to jointly receive up to $6,209,031 in grant funds from the State's Proposition 50 grant program for the Pajaro River Bench Excavation Project; authorize the Chairperson of the Board to sign on behalf of the District and take related action, as recommended by the District Engineer

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
