Accessing PowerWeb for the First Time:

If you are accessing PowerWeb for the first time you will need a viewer (commonly called a plug-in) to allow you to view the files. This plug-in is supplied below, free of charge by the County of Santa Cruz. Please note the following:

• This plug-in works with Internet Explorer and Netscape only. Other Web Browsers are not supported at this time.
• This plug-in is approx. 3.5 Mb. If you are using a dial-up connection it may take 10-30 minutes (or more) to complete the download. If you would prefer to receive this plug-in on a CD-ROM please e-mail us with your name and complete mailing address. CDs will be mailed within 2 business days.

After you have installed the plug-in

1. Click http://sccounty01.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/Powerweb.
2. Single click on "Click here to Start".
3. Single click on the "Logon" button.
4. Single click on "Food Facilities by Name/Address".
5. Type the "Name of Establishment" (i.e. Taco Bell) then click the "Find" button.
