The Redevelopment Agency was created to
provide a new source of financing and focused oversight for community
improvement and affordable housing projects. There is currently one
redevelopment project area in place - for the Live Oak and Soquel areas;
community improvement efforts are focused in that area. Affordable housing
projects are located throughout the unincorporated area.

Use the "Community Meetings" link to find out about upcoming meetings or see a synopsis of recently held community meetings. To learn more about community improvement projects, including completed projects and those funded for future years, click on "Community Improvements". Lastly, to find out about housing projects or affordable housing programs, use the "Housing" link.
