  • Any resident in a MHP in the unincorporated area of the county and pays annual space fees may be referred (not eligible: residents of ROP, city resident, someone who sublets)
  • anyone over the age of 55 or 60 (depending upon income level) who lives in any MHP (SCLS is available to them w/o referral by CoCo )
